At The Mirror Image we pride ourselves in taking the best possible care of your vehicle, caravan or boat and providing the highest possible level of service. Here are our terms and conditions.

We will not be held liable for any consequential losses; under any circumstances should we be unable to attend our appointment with you. We will contact you as son as possible if for some reason your valet or detail has to be cancelled.

Cancellations: Please give us as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations will be charged at 25% of the cost of the valet or detail for cancellations made on the day the valet is to be completed.

Valet Prices: Prices shown on our website, on flyers or given over the phone are quotation only and are subject to change if the vehicle is excessively soiled beyond our expectations. Instances like this include, excess dog hair, extremely soiled carpets.

Vehicle Contents, for interior valets we require access to your vehicle and it should be clear of personal belongings. We will not valet the boot if it is not empty. If you leave personal items or papers in the vehicle they may be considered to be rubbish and be disposed of. We would not be held responsible in these circumstances.

For paint correction and machine polished we will not guarantee our work on non original paint, which includes damage that may incur to the paint as a result of this such as burns in the paint and broken lacquer.

For engine bay detailing we will do our utmost to cover all electrical components prior to washing engine bay although we cannot be held responsible for the vehicle cutting out or any faults with electrical systems.

Weather; we operate 365 days a year in all conditions but in the event of adverse weather we may not be able to valet your vehicle. It may be possible if you have a suitable garage or sheltered area for us to work. In the event of poor weather we will contact you at as early an opportunity as possible to confirm cancellation. We can not be held responsible for acts of god; i.e. wind blowing doors open or wind blowing items/objects into or onto the vehicle.
